Come help cook/prepare food at the Brixton Windmill from 1pm-4pm as part of Milling Monday.

Here’s more about the event from the organisers:
Our volunteer millers will demonstrate how the positioning of the stones can be altered to change the quality of flour being ground, and show you how we will eventually bag and label it in order to sell it to the public to raise some of the funds needed to maintain this much-loved landmark. We’ll also be holding our first Great Brixton Windmill Bake Off, for cakes with the theme of windmills. There are two classes: 12 years and under, and 13+, and we’ll be awarding prizes to the best in each class. To enter, just bring your cakes along to Brixton Windmill on Monday 4 May at 2pm.
